IMPORTANT GUIDELINES & FAQS

BOOKING:

To reserve your special day and location, please contact us as soon as possible. A deposit of $250 (non-refundable) is payable when requesting your date and location. Wedding arrangements may be paid in US dollars by credit card, travel agency check, certified check or international money order. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are also accepted.

Final payment for the wedding is due 30 days prior to the wedding.

Please be advised that in the event of strikes, lockouts, riots, weather conditions, change of itineraries, missed ports, mechanical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances, the cruise line may at any time and without prior notice cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing or port of call. "A Wedding For You, Inc." shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever incurred by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement or deviation. Prices are subject to change without written notice.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover any unforeseen changes to your plans.

LUGGAGE:

Please make sure that you carry your wedding items with you when traveling on the airplane to the ship or hotel. This includes the tuxedo, wedding dress, shoes, jewelry, etc., for the entire wedding party (bride, groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen). Security will only allow one small carry on and a garment bag per person.

WEDDING LOCATIONS AND TIMES:

The location and time of your romantic wedding is subject to the availability of our wedding team in that location. "A Wedding For You, Inc." will make every attempt to secure a wedding time that is preferred by the bridal couple. However, times requested cannot be guaranteed.

HURRICANE AND ITINERARY CHANGE POLICY:

If we are in hurricane season or it a ship misses a port of call or a wedding is scheduled in a location that is threatened by a hurricane (and the ship will not be calling on the location), every attempt will be made to relocate the wedding to another location on the new itinerary. Couples may be subject to additional fees in the new location, such as licensing fees, flowers, etc. Some fees applied to the original location may be transferred to the new location. However, perishable items, site fees and reception costs may not be transferable.

No refunds will be issued if a ship cannot call on a port of call.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All deposits and licensing fees are non-refundable. Final payment for the wedding is due 30 days prior to the wedding. No refunds are issued for weddings cancelled within 30 days of the wedding.

PRICES:

Prices for weddings, upgrades and marriage license fees are subject to change without written notice. Legal requirements for obtaining a marriage license is subject to change as per the laws of the location where a couple may be getting married.

Wedding Flowers

The possibilities for designing the perfect bouquet for your wedding are endless. These bouquets are not the bouquets included in our wedding packages. We will refer you to many beautiful choices upon request.

Color changes to coordinate with your wedding theme are not a problem, just ask!
Boutonnieres, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages and flower girl baskets can be easily arranged.

We can only order flowers if we are coordinating your wedding in one of our locations.
